Comment: EB5 Is Not Dead

ILW conducted 350+ EB5 events in 14 countries in the last 7 years.
During the grace period, ILW executed 100 events with 2,000+ total
attendees in 3 countries.
ILW has served a broad cross-section of EB5 issuers including retail,
manufacturing and assisted living, not just large urban developers.
ILW has deep roots in immigration law as a leading immigration law
publisher for 20 years having served thousands of immigration attorneys
in various capacities.
ILW estimates the 2020 EB5 market to be more than $1 billion. If you are
raising $5 million to 50 million, we have identified a very small number of
specific opportunities in the new 2020 EB5 market.
