Prevailing wage determinations from the Department of Labor (DOL) are taking almost one year. Attorney Stacy Cozart Martin had a case that was not processed in the First In First Out order and had to continue to follow-up and push the DOL to timely make a decision. After contacting the DOL on several occasions, the wage was issued, and the PERM case could move forward.
