Stacy Cozart Martin is a Managing Member and Partner at Martin Jolic and Associates, LLC. Since 2000, Stacy Cozart Martin has focused her extensive legal career on business and family-based immigration. She has successfully won thousands of specialty visas and permanent residency for employees, while balancing the needs of employers. Ms. Cozart Martin is one of the foremost attorneys in the field of employment-based permanent residency, assisting with visas based upon Labor Certification Applications (PERM), extraordinary ability, designation as outstanding professors and researchers, and national interest waivers. Ms. Cozart Martin has worked on J-1 waivers for interested government agencies such as the National Institutes of Health and Conrad State 30 programs, and she has extensive experience in assisting clients seeking J-1 waivers of the home residency requirement based upon hardship. Ms. Cozart Martin also processes non-immigrant visa petitions for H-2B seasonal workers. Finally, Ms. Cozart Martin works with employers to ensure I-9 compliance and appropriately respond to government audits.
