The Initial Consultation
We offer a free fifteen-minute initial consultation. In instances when more time is required, we charge a flat fee of $100. For extensive consultations, charges will be based on an hourly rate. The consultation is always confidential and our attorney will take the time necessary to understand your situation and fully answer your questions. We will provide recommendations based on years of experience in solving all manners of immigration legal problems. Whether it involves expanding your business with foreign workers, transferring key employees to the United States, assisting with removal defense or sponsoring relatives, the attorneys at Martin Jolic and Associates, LLC can advise how best to proceed with your case.
Consultation Policy
A telephone, virtual or in-person consultation with a Martin Jolic and Associates, LLC attorney is often the first contact someone will have with our firm. The consultation is an opportunity to meet with one of our experienced immigration attorneys to identify and discuss all aspects of the case. We listen to and inquire into the facts, objectives, and concerns, then outline alternatives and develop an intelligent strategy to achieve the desired ends. We explain the likely timeline, applicable fees, and next steps to expect.

Our clients leave the meeting with an honest and informed analysis of their case as well as the next steps that need to be taken. Please note that the consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship unless the attorney and the client sign a representation agreement.
