Attorney Jessica Larson recently finished a long journey with her client on the path to obtain a green card.  The client came to Attorney Larson with an in absentia order of removal and several admissibility issues.  Attorney Larson helped him reopen his immigration court case and later helped him to get that case dismissed.  She then helped him to file for adjustment of status, with a waiver for his grounds of inadmissibility, with USCIS.  In May 2023, USCIS approved the client’s adjustment of status and waiver applications.  He is now a lawful permanent resident.
