We filed a concurrent I-140 and I-485 adjustment of status application based upon employment in November, 2021. Shortly upon filing, our client was able to obtain both employment authorization and advance parole. The client received his approval notice in the mail in September, 2023. This is faster than normal processing times for employment based petitions.
