MJB Immigration had a 36% selection success rate in the H1B lottery. All first round of 2024 H1B lottery selections are required to prepare and submit H1B petitions to USCIS by June 30, 2024. Attorney Michael Jolic and the MJB Immigration staff have prepared and submitted for processing all H1B petitions selected in this year’s lottery, and, to date, more than 50% of filed petitions have already been approved.
