Attorney Stacy Cozart Martin assisted a client in obtaining an employment-based approved I-485 after filing a Motion to Reopen/Reconsider on the denial of the I-140 Immigrant Visa.  USCIS’ position was that the occupation did not qualify for the third preference category.
