A lawful permanent resident applied for naturalization on his own and made several mistakes, resulting in the denial of the application and a finding that he had lied to USCIS at his naturalization interview.  He came to Attorney Jessica Larson after this for help.  Attorney Larson advised him of the difficulties he could encounter if he applied for naturalization again and helped him develop a strategy for the second application.  The client reapplied for naturalization with Attorney Larson’s help and his naturalization application was approved in March 2023.  Now he is a naturalized U.S. citizen.
