After a period where things didn’t seem to move much, the Department of Labor (DOL) finally approved several PERM applications filed by MJB Immigration. These included applications for dentists as well as various IT positions. These clients will now move on to the I-140 Immigrant Visa and some will even file their I-485 Application to Adjust Status. The DOL does not always process applications on a first in, first out basis. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that the application is filed correctly and that the DOL does not ask any additional questions. Minor mistakes can result in significant delays.
