With the help of Attorney Stacy Cozart Martin, a naturalization candidate was able to pass the test and finish her swearing-in ceremony in Oakland Park, Florida. The entire process was completed in under five months, which is less than half the time of the average naturalization process.
In less than two months, Attorney Stacy Cozart Martin was able to obtain an employment-based Green Card for a doctor from Nepal without the need for an in-person interview. The applicant had recently served in an HPSA-designated area, fulfilling their three-year waiver requirement.
