Attorney Daniel Natalie represented a US citizen and her spouse in applying for marriage-based permanent residency in the Columbus, OH USCIS Field Office. Although the I-130 was previously-approved, the I-485 was quickly approved after the interview and the client now has his ten-year green card.
Due to the recent change in the interview process, Attorney Cozart Martin has attended Green Card interviews in person as well as telephonically in many Field Offices across the US including Pittsburgh, Nashville and Cleveland. All the cases have been recommended for approval.
Under the filings of Attorney Stacy Cozart Martin, the Department of Labor has issued many PERM approvals this month. They have approved cases in both the skilled labor as well as degreed position categories. The approvals have stemmed from very small employers to Fortune 500 companies.
Attorney Stacy Cozart Martin secured a Green Card approval for a client after the USCIS erroneously denied his I-140 petition. Ms. Cozart Martin had to file a Motion to Reconsider and refile the I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status. Due to subsequent approval of the I-140, the client was able to get his Green Card!
