Adjustment of Status with the EOIR
Attorney Cerena Ibara-Cech helped a client with a long immigration history get his permanent residency before the Immigration Court. This client had previously received withholding of removal but wanted his case reopened to apply for adjustment based on his marriage to his U.S. citizen spouse. With Attorney Cerena’s help, both the client and his wife were able to navigate their hearing before the judge seamlessly. After hearing their testimony and reviewing the evidence submitted, the judge granted the application. As a result, the client is now a permanent resident.
