O-1 Extraordinary Ability
In May of 2022, a large healthcare system and Dr. T retained MJB Immigration to work on an O-1 visa petition. Attorney Michael Jolic and MJB staff worked on this petition and submitted it for processing to the California Service Center on July 8, 2022. Due to Premium Processing, USICS reviewed the petition quickly and issued a notice of approval on July 18, 2022. Dr. T utilized the O-1 petition approval notice to secure an O-1 visa and entered the United States in O-1 status for a three (3) year period.
