A husband and wife (and their children) from Honduras came to the United States in 2019. They were placed in removal proceedings, and Attorney Jessica Larson helped them to file asylum applications. They feared return to Honduras due to their political activism. After three individual hearings before the immigration court, the Immigration Judge granted their asylum case in summer 2022 and the government waived appeal. Their family can now remain safely here in the United States.
