Attorney Cerena Ibara-Cech recently helped a client win their case before the Chicago Immigration Court. The client entered the United States in 2007 and had been in removal proceedings for over a decade. During that time, she built a life in the United States and had a U.S. citizen child.  Attorney Cerena helped win her cancellation of removal case, and the client will be able to remain in the United States with her child as a lawful permanent resident once a visa number becomes available to her.
