Attorney Okuh has been working with a mother and daughter in removal proceedings for several months.  When Ukraine was designated for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) earlier this year due to the ongoing conflict in the region, Attorney Okuh assisted them in filing their applications with USCIS.  They were granted TPS, which means they will be shielded from deportation, able to work, and protected from harm.
