A  Mexican national came to Attorney Jessica Larson after she had been placed in removal proceedings because she filed the wrong form with USCIS.  An innocent mistake unfortunately had serious consequences for this client.  Attorney Larson helped the client obtain continuances from the court while waiting for the correct form to be processed.  When the correct form seemed to be stuck, Attorney Larson helped the client contact USCIS to resolve the issue.  The client finally had her interview with USCIS in November, and her permanent green card was approved shortly thereafter.
