MJB Immigration attorneys were retained to work on a clinical National Interest Waiver (NIW) I-140 petition for a surgeon who previously held J-1 status and was working in an underserved area. We prepared the petition and submitted it for processing to the USICS Office on June 5, 2023 via regular processing. We received approval of the petition on October 26, 2023 because USCIS didn’t need to request any additional information. This is another example of the quality of work performed by MJB Immigration staff.
