Attorney Michael Jolic at our San Diego office was retained by a large health care center to work on an H1B visa petition for a physician who did not take USMLE exams. Attorney Jolic argued that the physician’s background showed that he was of national / international renown and that the USMLE requirement did not apply. USCIS granted the H1B visa petition for a period of three years in 8 calendar days (via to premium processing). The physician will now be able to enter the US and provide medical care to patients.
