Green Card Approval After I-140 Denial
Attorney Stacy Cozart Martin secured a Green Card approval for a client after the USCIS erroneously denied his I-140 petition. Ms. Cozart Martin had to file a Motion to Reconsider and refile the I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status. Due to subsequent approval of the I-140, the client was able to get his Green Card!
